Because our products are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Custom orders may require additional processing time. If your order will take longer than expected, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Handmade Products and Packaging

Our baskets and macramé pieces are handmade, and each item may have slight variations that make it unique. We carefully package our products to help protect them during transit.
